One day villain 'Shredder' attacks on the city along with his foot clan group, so this TMNT competes against them. These mutant ninja brothers look like turtles in appearance and each one of them is an expert in using different weapons like Twin Katana, sword, and Nunchaku. The enemy is very dangerous because he has a very powerful suite which has a strong deadly technology., He kidnaps one of their brothers. The remaining turtle brothers resuscitate his brother under the guidance of their Kang Fu master and save the city from havoc. They are not just Mysterious but Reptilians and Dangerous. You've never seen heroes like this. Will these ninja and fellow reporters be able to stop this catastrophe?

The second part of the story is shown after 2 years when evil enemy Shredder runs away from the police van. An evil alien has helped him to escape. When Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo,) learn this, they confront him and his allies once again. This film has shown very good action scenes.
